Ramadan Iftar Urdu and English Recipe Banana Chaat by Zarnak Sidhwa Food Diaries Cooking Show on Masala TV

Ingredients:

Bananas 4
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala 1/4 tsp
Sugar 4 tsp
Lemon juice 4 tsp
Salt as required

Method:

Dry roast the cumin seeds on a hot pan till dark brown. Crush little with using pestle, mortar or rolling pin. Take a bowl, peel and cut the bananas into slices. Add roasted cumin seeds, chaat masala, sugar, red chilli powder, lemon juice and salt and mix well. Serve chilled.
