Gram flour ½ cup
Rice flour ½ cup
Boiled chick peas 200 gm
Chopped green chilies 8 to 10
Chopped green coriander ½ bunch
Mint ½ bunch
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Chopped onion 1
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/3 tsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
For garnish:
Salad leaves 2 to 3
Tomato 2 to 3

First soak 200 gm chick peas in bi carbonate soda water for whole night and strain in the morning to boil and make paste. In a mixing bowl add ½ cup gram flour, ½ rice flour, 8 to 10 chopped green chilies, ½ bunch chopped green coriander, ½ bunch mint, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tsp crushed red chili, 1 chopped onion, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1/3 tsp baking soda and salt to taste to mix by hand and make liquefy batter. Heat oil on low flame and deep fry the mixture in shape of pakora. Serve with salad leaves and 2 to 3 tomatoes for garnish.
