Ramadan Iftar Urdu & English Recipe Frozen Shami Kabab by Rida Aftab Tarka Show on Masala TV

INGREDIENTS:

Minced (hand chopped) 250g
Gram Lentil (soak in water) 4 tbsp
Boiled Potato 1
Cumin ½ tsp
Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
Whole Coriander 1 tsp
Small Cardamom 2
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 1
Garlic Cloves 4
Green Coriander 2 tbsp
Mint Leaves 2 tbsp
Green Chilies 2
Finely chopped Garlic 1 tsp
Crushed All Spices 1 tsp
Oil for frying

METHOD:

In a pan, add 250g hand chopped mince, 4 tbsp gram lentil (soaked in water), ½ tsp cumin, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp whole coriander,2 small cardamom, 6 whole red chilies, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp finely chopped ginger and 4 garlic cloves and keep them to boil on low heat with 2 glasses of water.
When water gets evaporated and all the ingredients are properly cooked then cool it.
Now add 1 boiled potato in it and chop it. Now add 1 egg, 2 tbsp green coriander, 2 tbsp mint leaves, 2 green chilies and 1 tsp crushed all spices and mix it properly/
Now make kababs and freeze it.
