Herbed Continental Rice Recipe in Urdu & English Masala TV

 

Ingredients:

Boiled Banaspati Rice ½ kg
Onion 1
Green Chilies 4
Green Coriander 1 bunch
Oregano 1 tsp
Thyme 1 tsp
Stock 1 cup
Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
Green Peas 1 cup
Capsicums 4
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Black Pepper 2 tsp
Spring Onion 250 grams
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp

Method:

• First of all in frying pan heat 3 tbsp oil and then add small square pieces of onions. Fry for 1 minute.
• After this add 1 cup green peas and fry.
• Also add 1 cup stock and 4 chopped capsicums.
• Now add 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup tomato ketchup, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp thyme along with 4 green chilies.
• Now another pan heat butter add ½ kg boiled rice.
• In the end add spring onions. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame.
