Hot and Tangy Prawn Curry Recipe in Urdu English  Masala TV

 

Ingredients:

Fresh prawns 1 kg
Dry fish as required
Tamarind pulp to taste
Tomato paste 3 – 4 tomatoes
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 4 tbsp
Red chili paste made of 15 – 20 chilies
Salt to taste
Red chili powder to taste
Oil as required

Directions:

In a pan, fry the dry fish till it changes color. Then add chopped prawns, ginger paste, garlic paste, chili paste and cook for a few minutes. Afterwards, add tomato paste and chili powder and let it simmer for a little while. Once the tomato paste is cooked, add tamarind paste and let it simmer in a cover pot for 5-7 minutes. Garnish the curry with coriander leaves and serve with white rice.
