Urdu KASHMIRI CHAI Recipe by Zubaida Tariq

Water 1 liter
Sabz Tea 2 tbsp
Milk 1 liter
Soda bi carbonate 1 tsp
Cold water ½ liter
Boiled almonds and pistachio 15
Small cardamom 6
Sugar 1 tsp

Mix 6 small cardamom and 1 tsp sugar and grind it together. Take 1 liter water in the oana nd add in 2 tbsp sabz tea. Cook it when water goes to half add in ½ liter chilled water, 1 liter fresh milk and 1 tso soda bi carbonate. Mix it really well. When the color changes add in small cardamom and cook it for further 5 minutes. In the end pour them in cups and serve.
