Moong Ki Dal Ki Kheer Recipe in Urdu & English Masala TV

 

Ingredients:

Yellow Lentils 250 grams
Milk 1-1/2 liter
Cream 1 Packet
Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
Cashew nut 1 cup
Khoya 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Sugar as required

Method:

• First of all take 250 grams yellow lentils, wash and then soak in water.
• After this add 2 cups of water and cook on low flame.
• Cook until yellow lentil gets tender. Add in grinder and chopped well.
• Now in another saucepan heat 1-1/2 liter milk.
• Cook until it reaches to boiling point and then add yellow lentils.
• Cook on low flame.
• When milk gets dried add sugar as required along with ½ tsp cardamom powder.
• Also mix corn flour in water and add with the mixture.
• In the end turn off the flame and add 1 packet cream along with 1 cup finely chopped cashew nut.
• Ready to serve.
