Namkeen Seviyan Recipe in Urdu & English by Gulzar Masala TV

Ingredient

Vermicelli 1 packet
Beef mince ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Green peas 1 cup
Potato 2
Green chilies 5 to 6
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Mustard seed ½ tsp
Curry leaves as required
Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
Salt to taste


Method:


In a pan add 1 packet of vermicelli to suate. In another pan heat 3 to 4 tbsp oil and add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste to suate. Then add ½ kg beef mince to suate. Then add 1 cup green peas, 2 potatoes, 5 to 6 green chilies, 2 tbsp red chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp all spice powder and ½ tsp mustard powder to mix well to cook. Then add roasted vermicelli to mix and add as required water to simmer. Dish it out and bhaggar with curry leaves and serve.
