Nawabi tikya Recipe in Urdu, English by Masala Mornings

Ingredients


Mince ½ kg
Raw papaya 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic 3 tsp
Green cardamom powder ½ tsp heaped
Roasted gram grinded 3 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
Salt 1 tsp heaped
Allspice 1 tsp heaped
Ghee for shallow frying


Method


Mix mince with all the ingredients except ghee and grind to a fine paste, refrigerate for 2 hours, form into balls, flatten slightly, shallow fry on a tawa until light golden, serve hot with chatni.
