Aloo Kay Samosay Very Special Recipe in Urdu and English for Ramzan by Pakistan’s Most Famous Chef Apa Zubaida Tariq Cocking Show Handi on Hum Masala TV
Potatoes (boiled) 4
Green Chilies (finely chopped) 2
Egg Whites 2
Dill (finely chopped) 1 bunch
Mint Leaves (finely chopped) ½ bunch
Samosa Wraps 12-16
Chicken Cube 1
Cumin (roasted & ground) 1 tsp
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
Chickpeas Flour ½ tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Mash 4 boiled potatoes with a help of a fork, add salt,lemon juice, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp raosted and ground cumin, ½ bunch finely chopped mint leaves, 2 finely chopped green chilies, 1 chicken cube and 1 bunch finely chopped soya. Mix all ingredients well.
Now place little potato mixture on each samosa warp and brush its edges with egg white and wrap it forming a triangle. Repeat this process wth rest of the wraps.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry samosa on low flame, remove them on a tissue paper when they turn golden brown.
Sprinkle little chickpeas flour on samosas and serve
