Crispy Pyala Chaat Recipe in Urdu English by Chef Gulzar Tarka Live@9 on Masala TV

Ingredients:

Beef Mince 250 grams
Tongue Meat 250 grams
Bengal Gram 150 grams
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Ginger 1 inch piece
Black Cardamom 4-5
Cinnamon 1-2 sticks
Cloves 3-4
Whole black Pepper 1 tsp
Whole Red Chili 6-8
Whole Cumin 1-2 tsp
Whole Coriander 1-2 tsp
Eggs 3-4
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Oil For Frying
Salt to taste
Bread Slice As Required

Method:

Take beef cubes , tongue beef cubes, In a pan add 150 grams of beef add 150 grams of Bengal gram ½ tsp, of cumin seeds 6-8 whole red chilies, 5-6 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger piece ½ tsp of coriander seeds, 4-5 black cardamom, 1-2 sticks of cinnamon, salt and as required water and cook in a slow flame until its dry. Let nit cool down and grind all the mixture then add 1 egg as required bread slices and make the small balls. Beat the rest of the eggs with corn flour dip the balls in the eggs mixture deep fry the balls and serve with ketchup.
