Stick Boti Recipe in Urdu English by Rida Aftab Tarka Show on Masala TV

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken (boneless pieces) ½ kg
Yogurt ½ cup
Cream ½ cup
Crushed Red Chilies 1 tsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Crushed Green Chilies 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Papaya 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Butter 50 g
Shashlik Sticks as required

METHOD:

In ½ kg chicken, add ½ cup yogurt, ½ cup cream, 1 tsp crushed red chilies, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp crushed green chilies, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp papaya and 2 tbsp lemon juice and leave it for 20 minutes. Now put the chicken pieces on the chicken sticks and freeze it. In the end, in a frying pan, add 50 g butter and fry it on low heat for 10 minutes from both sides.
