Szechuan Chicken Pasta Recipe in Urdu & English Masala TV

 

Ingredients:

Chicken ½ kg
Boiled Pasta ½ kg
Red Capsicum 1
Onions 2
Spring Onions 2
Fresh Red Chilies 2
Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
For Making Chili Sauce
Stock 1 cup
Brown Sugar 1 tsp
Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

• First of all in one dish heat 1 tbsp sesame oil and ½ kg chicken.
• Cook on high flame.
• After this add 1 tbsp garlic, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt. Cover and cook.
• For Making Chili sauce:
• In one dish add 1 cup stock, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp soya sauce along with 2 tbsp oil. Mix well.
• Now add ½ kg boiled pasta in chicken, 2 onions, 1 red capsicum, 2 spring onions. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame.
• In the end add soya and sesame oil. Turn off the flame.
