Undercut Beef with Spaghetti Recipe in Urdu English Masala TV

 

 

Ingredients:

Beef strips ½ kg
Boiled Spaghetti 1 Packet
Salt 1 tsp
Light Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
Black Vinegar 2 tbsp
Sesame Oil 2 tbsp
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Capsicum 1
Fresh Red Chilies 6
Stock 1 cup
Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Chopped Garlic 2 tsp

Method:

• First of all cut ½ kg beef strips into long thin shape.
• Add 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp sesame oil, salt as required and leave it for half an hour.
• After this add 2 tsp chopped garlic, fry on high flame.
• Also add 1 cup stock, 1 tsp salt, 4 tbsp light soya sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp crushed black pepper.
• Cook until it reaches to boiling point then mix and add 2 tbsp corn flour flavor.
• And then when it becomes thick, add fresh red chili, 1 chopped capsicum, turn off the flame.
• In the end add 1 packet spaghetti and serve well.
